    Does it give any error message or code?

    Mostly, the problem with Mail app crashes can be fixed by keep updating the Mail app from Windows Store. Launch Windows Store and check for any available update for Mail and Calendar app there. If any, try to update the same to see if problem occurs again.

    Do try the below mentioned troubleshooting steps and check if they helps.

    Method 1:

    Run built in Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and check if it helps. This would also fix any issues with Microsoft Sudoku.
