    The Mac version of Outlook is largely identical with the Windows version, and the concept of auto-forwarding remains the same regardless of which platform you use. Heres how to forward emails in Outlook on Mac:

  • Launch the Mac version of Outlook.
  • Pick the Edit Rules option from the dropdown menu.
  • Select your inbox on the left and click the small plus icon at the bottom of the right pane.
  • Give the new rule a descriptive name, such as Email forwarding.

    How To Forward Your Email To Another Address

    To set up email forwarding through your Shaw Webmail account:

  • Log in using your email address and password.
  • Click on Preferences and select Mail.
  • Under the;Receiving Messages and Message Arrival headings, enter an email address in the Forward a copy to;text box.
  • Click Save at the top left of the page.
  • All new emails received will be forwarded to the email address specified in Step 4.

    1. Login to email account A and click or tap on the gear-icon and go to Settings. Heres a direct link.

    6. Now go back into account A. Locate the radio-button dot next to the Forward a copy of incoming mail to option. Select the forwarding address you just set up to activate forwarding.

    • Make sure to select the action youd like your emails to take from the other drop-down menu too. You can choose delete Gmails copy for the original copies in your inbox, or you can elect to leave the copies Finish by scrolling all the way to the bottom and clicking to Save changes.

    NOTE: Be certain to scroll down to finish this step with the Save Changes button as needed.

    7. Now go back into account B. Click the gear-icon in the upper right corner, and select Settings. Go to the Accounts and Import tab for the Send mail as section. Specify your preferred default account.

    Next, youll select the actions for the email based on the criteria that you just entered. Check the box for Forward It To and choose the forwarding email address in the drop-down list.

    You can also select more actions if you like. For instance, maybe you want the email marked as read, sent to your archive, or deleted. Check the boxes for all the actions that you want to apply in addition to forwarding. When you finish, click Create Filter.

    Note: Once you create the filter, it will forward only new emails delivered to your Gmail inbox. If you want emails that youve already received forwarded, youll have to do that yourself.
