Add Another Email Address
A pop up will open where you need to fill in with the following information:
- Your full name or name of the team in case of a business email
- Your secondary email address
You can either check or uncheck the box to the left of Treat as an alias. If you want to send and receive messages in your Gmail inbox from this secondary inbox, you should mark it. Also, keep it checked if you need to send email messages from a group mailing list. Now, if you need to send emails on behalf of another user or account, you should uncheck it.

There is a link right under the checkbox that offers you an optional step Specify a different reply-to address. It means that the replies to messages you send will go to this address. If you would like to add this email address, click on it, and a type box will appear.

Stop Gmail Messages In Iphone Mail App
Instead of removing Gmail Account from iPhone, you can simply switch OFF the Mail option for Gmail in the Mail App.

On the next screen, move the toggle next to Mail to OFF position.

Turn Off Some Of Your Mail Account Badges
Did you know you can set up separate notification preferences for your different email accounts?
That means you could turn off the notification badges for your personal and school Gmail accounts, but keep badge for your work account onnot quite as good as having separate badges for each account, but better than nothing.

Select Manage Accounts On This Device.
Tap the Remove From This Device button under the Gmail accounts you want to remove.

If you have 2 or more Email Accounts, you can designate a Default Email Account for sending Emails from iPhone.
1. Go to Settings> Mail> scroll down and tap on Default Account.

So, for instance, you could have iMailG notify you of new messages for your school and personal accounts, then set your mail Mail app to post notification badges only for your work account.
Now, neither Gmail for iPhone nor iMailG will let you read your mail messages while youre offline, but remember: you can still check all your accounts in the iPhones main Mail app, which stores your mail messages for offline reading.
