Assuming you just want to share music, and not add any of your own personal content, Snapchat and Spotify are now working together so you can do this.
Launch Spotify on your phone and select the song youre listening to.

To add music to your Stories on Snapchat, open the Snapchat app on your iPhone and tap on the camera tab at the bottom.
On the camera screen, you will be able to see a bunch of options in the top right corner. Among these options is a Sounds option which will be indicated by a music note icon below the flash icon. Tap on it.
When you open the Sounds feature, a list of songs will pop up and will be labeled as Featured Sounds.
You will be able to listen to preview any song from this list by tapping on the Play icon adjacent to the songs name inside Featured Sounds.
To add a song after previewing it, tap on the Next button at the bottom to add it to your Story.
To add a song directly from this list to your Story, tap on the track, and the song will automatically load on your camera feed.
