Outlook Won’t Accept My Password
If Outlook wont accept your password and you know youre using the right password for your Gmail account, you might have an older version of Outlook that doesn’t currently support this faster Gmail setup option. In that case, you’ll need to use two-factor authentication and an app password to help verify that you’re the person trying to access your Gmail account.
Gmail does allow you to add your account to Outlook without setting up two-factor authentication and using an app password, but you must turn on a setting that allows “less secure apps” to connect to your account. We do not recommend this setting. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication and using an app password.
To turn on two-factor authentication and get an app password, use the following steps.
Go to Gmail from your browser, then select the Google apps icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select your account.
On the left, select Security.
Under Signing into Google, if 2-Step Verification is OFF, click the> next to OFF to turn it ON. Otherwise, skip to step 4.
On the first screen, click CONTINUE.
If prompted, enter your Gmail password and then click NEXT.
Enter your phone number and select whether you want to receive your verification codes by text message or a phone call. Then click NEXT.
Enter the code you received and click NEXT.
Click TURN ON to finish setting up 2-step verification.
Select the > on the far right of the App Passwords line.
Add A Gmail Account To Outlook
With the latest update to Outlook for Microsoft 365, it’s now easier to add a Gmail account to Outlook.

This new setup experience for Gmail and Outlook will be enabled for Outlook for Microsoft 365 customers slowly over the next several weeks. If you don’t see the exact screens shown here, see the topic Add an email account to Outlook for email setup instructions.

If you’ve previously added a Gmail account to Outlook for Microsoft 365, you may receive a prompt to update your password.
These steps are the same whether you’re adding your first Gmail account or additional Gmail accounts to Outlook.
Select File> Add Account.
Enter your email address and click Connect.
Outlook will launch a Gmail window that asks for your password. Enter the password and select Sign in.
Important: Once you connect your Gmail account to Outlook, you may receive a warning message in your Gmail inbox telling you that a new logon from Internet Explorer was detected. This is expected behavior.
If you have previously enabled 2-factor authentication for Gmail, you’ll be prompted to enter the code sent to your mobile device. If you haven’t enabled 2-factor authentication, skip to step 6.
The Google account permissions window appears. Click Allow.
Once Outlook finishes adding your Gmail account, you can add another email account or select Done.

Way : Resetting The Target’s Account Password
This is a little risky method to get into someone’s Gmail. However, the steps to do this are given below.
Step 1: On the sign-in page of Gmail, click on “Can’t access your account?”.
Step 2: Key in the email address and then click on “I don’t know my password” and then on “Continue”.
Step 3: Once the target user’s name is confirmed, click on “Yes, continue”.
Step 4: You can try giving the phone number and if you do not know that then click on “Verify your identity”.
For this method to work, you would need to have physical access to the target user’s device.

How To Log In To A Gmail Account As A Delegate
To open a Gmail account to which you’ve been assigned a delegate:
Open your Gmail account, then click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the Gmail screen.
Select the desired account, which will have a “Delegated” label next to it.
The owner and any other delegates who have access can read and send mail simultaneously through the delegated Gmail account.
Get A Verification Code From The Google Authenticator App
This also requires no connectivity on your mobile device, but does require youve set up two-factor authentication with the Google Authenticator app beforehand. Other compatible apps, such as Authy, also work.
On the device running the authenticator app , you simply type in the currently displayed code for your account.

Have No Access To My Recovery Email Phone Or Any Other Option:
Chances are you may still be able to regain access to your account by manually verifying and confirming your identity. Follow these steps to do that
Step 1. Click the page
Step 2. Input your email address and click Next
Step 3. Should you be requested to enter the last password you remember, click the I don’t know option.
Step 4. Click on “Verify your identity” which is found beneath all of the other options.

1. Two-Factor Authentication: Also known as 2FA, this account recovery feature affords you the option to create backup codes to be used in case you ever get locked out of the device you use the 2FA.
To set up your 2FA, you need to sign in to your account and click Sign-in & security > Password & sign-in method > 2-Step Verification in that particular order and choose the device you want to get your codes on.
2. Include a Recovery Email Address: You must always add an alternative email address to your Google account. Google will use it to communicate a series of emails with you if you ever get locked out of your Gmail account.
