Instagram Music Copyright Issue
If you search the web, you will see that many people have reported that their videos have been deleted by Instagram. Obviously, this has happened since they have not given credits to the creator and Instagram has deleted them due to the copyright laws.
Unfortunately, this has happened whenever the video was created by the user, or even when reposted on Instagram. What is the exact reason then? Well, it seems like the issue is related to the background music and since it is copyrighted, the video has been deleted! So, all you have to do is to give credits to the music composer!
But is it enough? Unluckily, NO! Even if you mention the composer, singer, or producer in the captions and tell your followers that the music belongs to someone else, your video might get deleted. And this happens because the owner is not willing to share what you have published for free on Instagram.
But how can you solve it? Well, stay tuned to see how to post a video with music on Instagram and avoid the copyright issue.

How To Add Original Audio To Instagram Reel
The Reels music collection is limited. That means you will not find all songs over there. So how can one add original audio to Instagram Reels?
While Instagram doesnt offer a dedicated feature to add original music to Reels, there are a couple of workarounds to add audio to Reels.
1. Play Music in Background
In this method, you will need to play the song using any music app on your phone while recording a Reel. The music will be added to your Reel. Do note that if you have a public Instagram account, others will see your username next to the original audio and they can use the same audio in their own Reels. And, if you use an artists music, Instagram might change the description to reflect the artists username or song.
2. Add Music Using Different Services
Another way to add original music to Reels is by using third-party services. Basically, you will need to pre-produce your Reel with the audio and then upload it to Instagram.
You can either use video editing apps to add audio or take the help of web apps. InShot and KineMaster are two video editing apps that will help you in adding audio to your Reels. Look for the Add audio option in these apps. Alternatively, use Kapwing.com/studio to add audio to your Reels.
