- From the iPhone Home screen, choose Settings
- Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- In the Accounts section, tap Add Account

Fix 1 Check For Gmail Website Alerts
The first thing you may need to do is to visit the website of Gmail to figure out whats going on with your Gmail account so that you can get more detailed information about the issue.
Step 1. Open a web browser and go to gmail.com > Sign in with your account and password.
Step 2. Look for an alert box or email saying something like We blocked a sign-in attempt or Someone has your password prompts.
Step 3. Click on the That Was Me or Review Your Devices Now button and follow the onscreen instructions.
If you fail to receive the message, then please turn to the next fix.
Add Gmail Account To Mail App
As mentioned above, adding Gmail Account to iPhone Mail App allows you to send and recieve emails on iPhone using your Gmail Account.
1. Open the Mail App on your iPhone and select Google as your Email service provider.
